Amy Copeland

Amy Beth Copeland, age 36 of Sand Springs, passed from this life on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at her home in Lake Park. Amy was born on the morning of Ground Hog Day, February 2, 1976 at her parents? home in Lake Station to John and Edna (McLeod) Copeland. She attended Sand Springs Schools thoughout, from The Kindergarden center through Charles Page High School and worked for McKinney?s Animal Hospital in Sand Springs for several years as an assistant. Amy later opened up her own pet grooming shop in Sand Springs, Amy?s Animal Cut?s where she has been in business since 1999. She loved playing girls recreational softball in Sand Springs and she coached since 1997. Amy loved the outdoors, especially fishing, camping and canoeing and she loved the stars. Amy will be missed by everyone that knew her. Amy is survived by the father of her children Jeremy Weaver of Sand Springs, three daughters Adriana, Journey and Zoe Weaver all of the home, a step-son Daniel Weaver of Kellyville, brothers Tim Joel Copeland and wife Cristy of Sand Springs, John E. Copeland III and wife Ashton of Colby, Kansas, sisters Kay Fulfer and husband Scott of Springdale, Arkansas, Rose Salazar of Sand Springs, cousin Justin Keenan, Step-Brother Cuauh Temoc Xicotencath of Arizona, Step-sister Imacatzi Xicotencath of Arizona, aunts and uncles Mary Keenan of Tulsa, Rose and Woody Davis of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her mother Edna Copeland and a grandmother Lola M. Copeland
