Anita Charlene Winters

Anita Charlene Winters passed from her earthly life on May 8, 2021 in Tulsa, OK. She was born on March 8, 1936 in Talala, OK to Ernest and Isabell Wilmoth.

Anita married Joe Bill Winters in 2003 and together they loved to travel and had visited most of the National Parks in the United States. Anita enjoyed several hobbies throughout her life including gardening, collecting birdhouses and cooking. She also had a great love for animals.

Anita was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Jeannie Smith and brother-in-law, Sandy Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Joe, of the home. Children: Shawn Butterworth and husband, Don, of Tulsa, OK and Lynn Orcutt and husband, Mose, of Haskell, OK. Grandchildren: Ryan Butterworth, Zachary Butterworth, Levi Stubbs and Charles Kohen. Great Grandchildren: Camden Butterworth, Elliot Butterworth, Cora Butterworth, Maylie Kidwell, Gavin Kidwell, Bo Stubbs, Preston Kohen, Kyle Kohen, Kent Kohen and Kevin Kohen.

Graveside services for Anita will be held Tuesday May 18, 2021 at 10AM at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery in Sand Springs, OK.

Services have been entrusted to Dillon Funeral Service in Sand Springs, OK.
