With a heart full of love and a spirit that sparkled like the most brilliant diamond, our beloved Barbara Ann Arnold stepped into eternity on March 27, 2026. Born on September 19, 1950, in Tulsa, OK, Barbara had a life brimming with laughter, love, and an unwavering dedication to those she cherished. Barbara's love and kindness touched countless lives, and her memory will continue to be a beacon of warmth and love to all who were fortunate to know her.
Barbara's life was a testament to her resilience, strength, and the joy she found in serving others. Her journey began as a hairdresser, a profession she held for 25 years, where her clients became more than customers, but friends she cherished. Barbara then moved on to become an assembly worker for Whirlpool for 15 years, displaying a commitment to hard work and diligence. She concluded her professional journey as a beloved Wal-Mart sales associate for 10 years. Aside from her professional life, Barbara had a passion for simple pleasures. She found joy in going to the casino, losing herself in the pages of a good book, and most importantly, spoiling her grandsons. She also enjoyed attending her ladies' luncheons. Barbara's love, indeed, left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Barbara was the cherished wife of David Arnold, whom she married in 1971 in Miami, OK, and with whom she shared a love story that spanned decades until his passing.
She was the loving mother of son, Scott Arnold, daughter, Kelley Stevens and grandsons, David Williams and Wyatt Stevens. They will remember her for the love she showered on them and the lessons she imparted.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Burl and Jessie Anthony, and her husband, David Arnold.
Her life will be celebrated on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Memorial Park Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74145, with burial to follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery at 3:00 pm.
