Sand Springs, Oklahoma
Christopher Stephens left us on November 22, 2024, just past his 50th birthday. Born on October 17, 1974, Chris spent the majority of his life in Sand Springs, where he moved in 1983. He was well known and loved in his community, having attended Anderson Elementary School and later Charles Page High School, where he graduated in 1993. A dedicated athlete, Christopher played football for three years in high school and later joined the semi-professional Outlaws team. As Vince Lombardi once said, "Football is like life - it requires perseverance, self-denial, hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and respect for authority." This was a philosophy that Christopher truly embodied.
He was a man who loved to be outdoors, and he could often be found mudding in his 4-wheel drive, or spending his time at Little Blue near Disney, Oklahoma. A lover of nature, Chris found joy in hunting and fishing. Chris loved snuggles with his boy! Chris enjoyed working on vehicles, going to car shows, and hanging out with his best friend Cory.
Christopher was preceded in death by his first spouse, Crystal Stephens, his grandparents Bud and Uelene Reheard"Grandma Boo& grandpa bud, and his uncle "Charlie" Charles Wasmund.
