Connie Sue Waters

Connie S. Waters passed away on Thursday, September 5th, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on March 16, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James and Margaret (Wainwright) Waters. She grew up in Sand Springs, Oklahoma with her family and graduated from Charles Page High School. Connie excelled in academics. She knew her passion and she pursued them. Connie loved her hobbies which included frisbee golf, ladies pool league and working in the yard. Her greatest accomplishment was having her three children and being a mother. Connie never met a stranger and was loving to anyone she ever encountered. She loved spending time with her family and loved ones, being outdoors and living life to the fullest.
Connie is survived by her mother Margaret Gladden of Tulsa, Oklahoma: Her significant other, One step brother Gary Stroup of Tulsa, Oklahoma: Three sisters, Cathy Waters of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tonya Waters of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Deborah Rector of Tulsa, Oklahoma: One brother, David Waters of Tulsa, Oklahoma. And she has 3 children: Crystal Mann, Brandon Stroup, Cassey Stroup, Two grandchildren: Kyler Mann and Ari Mann. Also, many cousins, aunts, uncles. Along with a host of friends.
