D'Ann Lee Yarbrough was born on May 5, 1939 in Tulsa, OK to Coy Evert Hess and Ruby Marie Hess. She departed this earthly life on September 25, 2021 in Okmulgee, OK. D'Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend Coy Hess and Ruby Hess; brothers, Valvert Hess and Dewey Hess; sister, Sally Wood. She is survived by her spouse, Bill Yarbrough; sons, Steve Turman (Deborah) and Jason Yarbrough (Joanna); daughter, Rebekah Don Carlos (Billy); 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many good friends. D'Ann was very proud of her Cherokee heritage and was a longtime member of the Eastern Star. Funeral services for D'Ann will be Monday, October 4, 2021, 10:00AM at South Heights Assembly Church, Sapulpa, OK. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery in Sand Springs, OK. Services for D'Ann have been entrusted to the care of Dillon Funeral Service in Sand Springs, OK.
