Dennis was born on April 20th 1938 to Ewing and Mary (Ishmeal) Frailey. He was the baby of his family and doted upon by all of his siblings. A graduate of Jenks High School in 1956. Dennis served four years in the Air Force. He married Carol Ann (Turney) September 10, 1975 in Miami, Ok. bringing sons Marc and Kevin with him. Dennis worked at Sinclair Refinery for numerous years. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Fishing and Nascar were two of his great loves. You could see him walking the football sidelines for his sons and grandson Nate. Dennis and Carol joined the Dragon Master's Car Club and enjoyed hundreds of car shows. He earned many trophies for his 34 Ford Coupe. Dennis cherished his wife, Carol. his children and grandchildren. he will be greatly missed. \r\r\nHe is survived by his loving wife of the home, sons, Marc Frailey and wife Pepper of Collinsville; Kevin Frailey and wife Mandy of Chelsea; grandchildren, Jaque, Cassie, Nate, and Tori Frailey, Connor, Amber and Misti Collier, Joseph Brown, Tasha Garrett, Alesha Sanders, Sister, Shirley Kirk of Perkins; five nephews, Rick Kirk and Family, David Kirk and Family, Richard Frailey and Family, Lane Frailey and Family, Kenneth Frailey and Family and numerous other family and close friends. \r\r\nDennis is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Eugene, Irvin, Arthur and sister, Evelyn.
