Frances Rannals

Frances Marie Rannals, age 90, of Sand Springs, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 in Sand Springs. Frances was born on May 6, 1921 in Crittenden, Arkansas to Enoch Cyrus and Mary Robinson Hobbs. She attended school in Arkansas then moved to the Sand Springs area where she worked for Commander Mills and later worked in Janitorial Services at The First Baptist Church in Tulsa. She is survived by her three sons Bobby Sanderson Sr., and wife Emma Gayle of Tulsa, Reverend Joe Waggnor and wife Teresa of Sand Springs and Billy Waggnor and wife Karen of Tulsa, a daughter Janice Jackson and husband Charles of Sand Springs. Eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Frances is preceded in death by her husband James Waggnor and a grandson Charles Jackson Jr. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 11;00 a.m., August 13, 2011 at Faith Bible Church, 4920 W. Easton St. Tulsa, with Reverend Joe Waggnor Officiating.
