Janet Marie Ridens, passed away on Monday, September 2nd, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on February 11th, 1957 in Tulsa to Verble and Joy Caviness. She grew up in Sand Springs with her family and graduated from Charles Page High School in 1975. She later went to work for the Sand Springs school district. After her tenure there, she went on to work in the oil and gas industry for Vintage Petroleum & Protege Energy. \r\nJanet enjoyed traveling, along with gardening, collecting and golfing. She was tiny but she was mighty! Her greatest accomplishment was having her four daughters and being a mother. Janet never met a stranger and was loving to anyone she ever encountered. She loved spending time with her family and loved ones and living life to the fullest. \r\nJanet was preceded in death by her father Verble Caviness and survived by Jack Mahaffey, her mother Joy Caviness, her sister Susan Binney and husband Gary, her four daughters & spouses: Jillian and Chris Kelley, Jessica and Chuck Roberts, Jenna and Derek Burger and Justine and Kerry Jones. She is also survived by her two grandsons Louie Roberts and Blake Burger and her two nephews, wives and children, Braden & Sherry Bush and children Brittany and Jesse Frisbie, Mark and Erin Binney and son Colin.
