John Huelsenbeck

John Aaron Huelsenbeck, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 23, 1980, was a man who truly embodied the spirit of his hometown. His vibrant existence, marked by a love for his family, his passion for cars, and his zest for the outdoors, leaves behind a vacuum that will be impossible to fill. John lived his life to the fullest, and his journey came to a close on May 8, 2026.

John spent his professional life as a maintenance technician, working diligently for a Vending Machine Company. His commitment to his work was only surpassed by his love for his family and his unwavering devotion to his wife, Misty Huelsenbeck. John's love for cars and racing ran deep, an enduring passion that found expression in his enthusiasm for drag racing and dirt track racing. His love for the outdoors was just as profound; seen in the joy he derived from various outdoor activities.

John was the cherished son of Floyd and Patricia Huelsenbeck, and a devoted husband to his wife, Misty.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Huelsenbeck, grandparents, Odell and Barbara Anderson and Floyd Adolf and Neliene Huelsenbeck, and his brother, Jason Tripplet.

He is survived by his wife, Misty, children, Megan Flores and Leland Huelsenbeck, stepchildren, Sierra Anderson and Johnathon Westfall, grandchildren Amara and Aleki Flores, Baby Bean Huelsenbeck, and Elby Westfall and his brother, Jonas Huelsenbeck and wife, Charlotte.

Family and friend's visitation will be held Friday, May 15, 2026 from 2:00-4:00 pm at Dillon Funeral Service, 1200 North Cleveland Ave., Sand Springs, OK 74063.
