Kathy Sue Ware

Kathy Sue Ware, age 56 of Sand Springs, passed from this life unexpected on Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Tulsa.

Kathy was born on October 23, 1956 to Kenneth Dean and Flora Claudette (Carter) Smith in Porterville, California. She attended Charles Page High School and married Ronnie Ware on February 19, 1993 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Ronnie preceded her in death. The couple had made their home in Sand Springs and Kathy was currently working as a lock Smith for Murray Womble Incorporated in Owasso. She loved the great outdoors, camping and especially Nascar Car Racing. Kathy loved watching the Oklahoma sooners play Nebraska in football. Most of all she loved her family and her dog Xena.

Kathy is survived by a son Michael Meadows of Sand Springs, a daughter Rebecca Gorsuch and husband Gary of Sand Springs, two brothers; Kenneth Smith and wife Rhea of Owasso and Karlos Smith and wife Debra of Broken Arrow, a step-mother Francis Smith of Bristow and five grandchildren Tommy Mueller, Ashlee Durham, Madison Gorsuch, Michaela Meadows and Marisa Meadows.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Ronnie Ware
