Ken 'Kenny' E. Walkenbach, 71 of Cleveland, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, March 3, 2017 at a Tulsa hospital. Kenny was born January 3, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Norma Annette Pidcock Walkenbach and John Phillip Walkenbach. \r\r\n\r\r\nKenny served in the United States Navy, serving his country and then later went on to be a Jeweler for many years. He had a hobby of buying and selling old cars, he loved to travel as well as camping in his RV and he loved to party and laugh with his friends. In his earlier years he was always eager to travel with his mother as she was an entertainer with the stage name of Norma Wray, The Flame of Monterey.\r\r\n\r\r\nKenny is survived by his domestic partner of 40 years, Ralph Sanchez of the home; his one daughter, Jennifer Robinson and husband Chris of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; two grand-daughters, Claire Robinson and Jozie Robinson of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and one sister Carole Jeanette Fritze and husband Tom of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, John Phillip Walkenbach, II.\r\r\n\r\r\nA Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the Dillon Marler Dighton Funeral Home's Legacy Chapel, 1200 N. Cleveland, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063.
