Larry Dunham "Butch" House went home to the Lord on Friday May 29th, 2015 in Sapulpa, OK, after his battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).\r\r\n\r\r\nButch was born on May 7, 1949 to William Earl and Bernice Louise (Stiles) House. Butch was raised in Osage, OK and received his education at Osage and Prue schools. After high school he went to work in construction, worked in the oilfield and on the pipeline, and then later became a fitter/welder in Tulsa, OK. He welded for several years then became a Semi Truck Owner/Operator until he retired in 2003.\r\r\n\r\r\nButch enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved making people laugh. He enjoyed going to the Osage town reunions every year and catching up with friends. After his retirement he enjoyed the time he was able to mow the Osage Cemetery, and spending Memorial Day there as well. He enjoyed the many travels that he and his wife Peggy were able to do across the states. He loved to fish, although most of the time his fish stories were a lot bigger than the fish he actually caught.\r\r\n\r\r\nButch is survived by his wife Peggy of the home, four children Dusty Day of Coweta, OK Dawn Dickerson and husband Kent of Fort Worth, TX, Michelle House of Sapulpa, OK and Heather Morgan and husband Leo of Sapulpa, OK; brother Earl Dewayne House and wife Nina of Sand Springs, OK; thirteen grandchildren Drew, Tiffany, Josh, Afton, Chris, Sarah, Darren (D2), Garret, Darrek (D3), Zack (Sprout), Michael (Mickey D), Chase (Spud) and Mason; four great-grandchildren Reychell, Christopher, Whitney (Sweet Pickle) and Cheyenne (Chipper) and many other relatives and friends. Butch was preceded in death by his mother Bernice Louise House, father William Earl House, son Larry Scott House and sister Sharon Smith.
