Learl Franklin Rice Sr., of Tulsa Oklahoma was born on April 11,1940 to Woodrow and Narvell (Bewley) Rice in Atkins, Arkansas. He passed from this life on January 22, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He grew up and attended schools in the Tulsa area. Later marrying Sandra Sexton on December 31, 1959 in Miami, Oklahoma. His hobbies included; fishing, hunting, and being with his grandchildren. The highlights of his life were his family and friends.
