Lena Mae Faulkner

Lena Mae Faulkner passed from her earthly life on December 23, 2020 at her home in Tulsa, OK. She was born to W.L. and Bonnie Conklin on November 2, 1921 in Checotah, OK. Lena was preceded in death by her parents, son, Chuck Faulkner, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

She is survived by 3 grandchildren, Brandi, Tiffany and Dustin, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends that were like family to her.

Lena had a nurturing spirit and worked 23 years for Dr. Bill Elrod as his nurse. She enjoyed cooking, visiting with her friends, yard work and loved ice cream.

Lena was a member of Home Gardens Church of Christ in Tulsa, OK.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Dillon Funeral Service in Sand Springs, OK.
