Oliver Ludlow

Oliver Ludlow, 69, went to heaven October 12, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital surrounded by his family. Oliver was born November 10, 1953 in Talihina, OK to Leroy and Hazel Ludlow. In 1971 Oliver married his wife, Patty. They were married for 51 years.

In 1976 Oliver opened his own electric shop which he proudly ran until July of this year. Oliver also worked 19 years for the City of Sand Springs as an electrician. His goal was to retire after 30 years. Oliver loved his work and the many people he met through his work.

Oliver loved softball and spent many hours coaching his Sand Springs Shockers and many other teams. He also enjoyed coaching basketball. Oliver coached many of the same girls for years and he was very proud of the women they have become. Oliver also enjoyed playing pool and being with his friends.

Oliver is survived by his wife, Patty, his daughter, Karma Ludlow and the love of his life and his favorite person, granddaughter, Olivia Sanders. He is also survived by his brother, Ron and his wife, Sherry Ludlow along with his many nieces and nephews.

Oliver was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Ludlow and mother, Hazel Taylor; brothers, Garvin, Darrell and Dale; sister Alice Kemp; nephews, Trey Kemp and Troy Ludlow and niece, Sheyenne Ludlow.

Funeral services for Oliver have been entrusted to the care of Dillon Funeral Service, Sand Springs, OK and will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 1PM at Carbondale Assembly of God, Tulsa, OK.
