Pamela Cuckler

–

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Pamela Cuckler, 76, of Tulsa, passed away on September 7, 2026, surrounded by the family she loved so deeply. Born December 5, 1949, Pam lived a life marked by faith, kindness, service and an extraordinary love for people. She was a devoted wife and mother, and a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother. She had a way of making those around her feel cared for, encouraged and at home.

Pam was not a woman who needed many words to make an impact. She was gentle but strong, thoughtful and steady, and always willing to help. She shared wisdom with grace, was always there with an encouraging word, and gave kindness freely without expecting anything in return.

Even as a young woman, Pam’s warmth and leadership were evident. She was her high school’s Homecoming Queen in 1967 and served as student body president.

Pam married the love of her life, Dale Cuckler, on June 1, 1968, in Athens, Ohio. In 1974, they moved to Tulsa so Dale could attend Spartan School of Aeronautics, beginning a new chapter that would make Tulsa their home and the place where they would raise their family. Through the years, including the unique demands of family life with a pilot husband, Pam created a home filled with love, stability and hospitality. Together, she and Dale shared more than 58 years of marriage and built a life centered on faith and family.

Her love for people showed up in many ways throughout her life. Pam served as Director of Women’s Ministries and as an administrative assistant to the pastor at Victory Christian Center and was a graduate of Victory Bible Institute. She counseled and encouraged women, prepared meals for those in need, and served through ministries and several community organizations. At one time, Pam and Dale were also owner-operators of Jenks Riverview BMX, a chapter of her life that reflected her sense of adventure and her love for children and families.

Her relationship with Jesus was the foundation of her life. In recent years, she attended Church on the Move in Tulsa with her family. Pam’s faith was most evident in the way she lived: quietly serving, showing up, caring for people and giving freely of herself.

Pam found joy in the ordinary things of life. She loved gardening, dancing, cooking and being surrounded by family. She had a way of noticing the small things others might miss and appreciating the beauty in everyday moments. That same spirit can be seen in her children and grandchildren—in the way they love, the things they notice and the joy they find in simply being together.

Pam is survived by her husband, Dale Cuckler; her children, Patricia Carey and husband James, Heidi Jenkins and husband Clayton, Jason Cuckler and wife Jennafer, Michael Cuckler and wife Sara, and Tyler Cuckler; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a large extended family who will carry her love and influence forward.

Though Pam’s life included many accomplishments, the ones that mattered most were never the ones that came with titles. Her greatest legacy is found in the people she loved, the lives she touched, the family she built and the faith she lived so faithfully.

Private graveside services will be held. A Celebration of Life will be in the near future. Service time and date will be posted soon.
