Phyllis Marie Lezotte

Phyllis Marie Lezotte was born on April 13, 1955 in Dearborn, Michigan to Delmer William Townsend and Margaret Caldwell. She left her earthly life on December 9, 2021 in Tulsa, OK.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Geraldine Townsend and Patricia Hardin and her brother, Richard Townsend.

She is survived by her daughters, Janie Dyrstad and husband, Tony, of Oologah, OK, Angela Powell and husband, Mark, of Taylor, Michigan, Johna Howard and Hiawatha Cox of Terlton, OK and her son, James Townsend and wife, Megan, of Wyandotte, Michigan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Phyllis was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan later moving to Sand Springs, OK. She enjoyed several hobbies throughout her life including gardening and visiting the casino. Phyllis was known for being very simple and dearly loved her grandchildren.
