Samantha Danielle Sullivan was born on May 5, 1977 in Tulsa, OK to Ron and Lavon Durant. She departed her earthly life on December 8, 2023 in Tulsa, OK.

Samantha is preceded in death by her mother, Lavon Durant, her grandparents, Opal and Arlley Gulley and her aunt and uncle, Cheryl and Gary Tarrant. She is survived by her father, Ron Durant, her children, Kyle Ogburn, Paige Sullivan, Madison Sullivan and Cameron Sullivan, 3 grandchildren, and brothers, Jake Durant and Josh Durant.

Samantha's care has been entrusted to Dillon Funeral Service, Sand Springs, OK. Services will be held Friday, December 15, 2023, 10:00AM at Legacy Chapel-Woodland Memorial Park, Sand Springs, OK.
