Terri Watson

Terri Watson was born on December 28th, 1964 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Charlie Taylor and Joie (Valk) Taylor. She passed away at the Journey Home in Bartlesville from cancer on August 6th, 2025.

In 2005 Terri married Paul Watson and they made their home in Hallett until Paul’s passing in August 2014. Terri never remarried, and has since resided in Cleveland with her daughter.

Survivors include her daughter, Taylor Watson of Cleveland; one step-son, Dustin of Sand Springs; her mother, Joie Taylor of Conroe, Texas; her mother and father in law, Louise Cable and husband Leland Cable of Cleveland; her sister in law, Janet Ward and husband Michael Ward of Cleveland; one brother, Frank Taylor and wife Edna of Dallas, Texas; two nieces; Brittany Odom and husband Tom Odom of Owasso, and Maleah Ward of Cleveland; and one granddaughter, Jacie Watson of Sand Springs.

Terri was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her father Charlie Taylor, her daughter-in-law Kayla Watson, and her close friend Michelle Warren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 14th, 2025 in the Lakeside Church of Christ in Sand Springs. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Cemetery.
