Troy Dean Ludlow was born August 31, 1972 in Tulsa County, Oklahoma to Garvin Lee Ludlow and Marina Jo Clemens-Ludlow. He passed away suddenly in Tulsa, OK on June 11, 2022. He was a local electrician. In his free time Troy enjoyed spending time with his wife, three girls and grand kids. His favorite hobby was coaching baseball and softball in surrounding communities.\r\n\r\nAfter graduating high school Troy went on to work for the family electric company, Ludlow Electric. In1995 Troy had a daughter Hailey Nicole Ludlow with his then wife Janet Lynn Minton. In January of 2000 Troy met Shelly Renea Ott whom he later married on October 20, 2012. Troy then gained two beautiful daughters Chasity Renea Ludlow and Frankie Dawn Ludlow.\r\n\r\nTroy was an active member of the AA community, having been sober for almost 17 years. Troy spent his free time sponsoring and mentoring other members of the AA community. He had a strong love for God, family and friends. There was one thing Troy loved more than being a dad to three stubborn girls and that was being a Papa to Elijah, Havannah, Dexter and Issi.\r\n\r\nTroy is survived by his wife, Shelly Ludlow of Tulsa; three daughters, Hailey Ludlow-Coleman and husband Andrew Coleman of Fort Sill, Chasity Hagen and husband Joshua Hagen of Skiatook, and Frankie Ludlow of Tulsa; four grandchildren, Havannah and Dexter Coleman of Fort Sill, Elijah Hagen of Skiatook and Issi Ludlow of Tulsa; his mother Marina Jo Smith and husband Lee Smith of Haskell; two sisters, LaDonna Madden and husband Mark Madden of Verdigris, and Jerica Baker and husband Josh Baker of Haskell; one brother, Dustin Smith and wife Janet Smith of Tulsa, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.\r\n\r\nTroy is preceded in death by his father Garvin Lee Ludlow, as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Broadway Baptist Church, 1000 N Adams Rd, Sand Springs, OK with Brother Doyle Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery in Sand Springs. Services are under the direction of Dillon Funeral Service of Sand Springs.
