Walter Franklin Casey, 75 of Tulsa passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2013 in Tulsa.\r\r\n\r\r\nWalter was born in Muskogee to Homer and Ona Belle (Cundiff) Casey. He graduated from Muskogee Central High School in 1956. He later worked for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, graduate of the 18th OHP academy, badge #305. Walter was stationed from 1964 to 1966 in ceiling, Oklahoma. Walter then went to work for Sears and Roebuck Company Tulsa, Oklahoma as the Chief of Security and retiring after 28 years of service. He was a member of The Knights of Columbus and enjoyed volunteering at the Special Olympics every year as well as helping with elderly people in his community. He loved his family, fishing, cooking. He was cared for in his last days by his loving wife Gayle, daughter Debby and son's Mike and David. Walter will be remembered for his quick wit and sense of humor.\r\r\n\r\r\nHe is survived by his wife; Gayle Casey of the home, two sons; Mike Casey and wife Barb of Tulsa, David Casey and wife Tonya of Jenks, a daughter; Debby and husband John Doak of Tulsa, seven grandchildren; Joe Casey, Jaclyn Casey, Michael Casey, Jon Casey, Kasey Doak, Zack Doak and Jenna Casey.
